My experience with SalesGenie:
1. 2 of the credit cards I gave to SalesGenie were fraudulently used and had to be cancelled.
2. In my opinion, based on having operated web based businesses for 10+ years, poor customer service from SalesGenie.
3. SalesGenie threatened me with collection agencies because my account was past due ( card was fraudulently used and cancelled) and they for whatatever reason could not read the emails I was sending them. Additionally I was unable to get in touch with my SalesGenie 'Rep' by phone (I had to kill the first credit card salesgenie had because of reported fraud).
4. For me salesgenie provided no leads that generated revenues. I tried cold calling the salesgenie list, I tried broadcast faxing the salesgenie sales list. Most of the salesgenie leads were non existant or had been worked to death.
5. In my opinion, SalesGenie does not represent their product accurately. Yes, you have access to the salesgenie sales leads but what they do not tell you is that you have to go through every salesgenie sales lead one at a time and check off each one. Doesn't sound like a hassle? Check a box 1000 times to get 1000 salesgenie leads that MAY produce something and see how that works out.
6. Salesgenie cost $1800, generated no revenue and wasted a tremendous amount of my time. From my standpoint, SalesGenie is a horrible investment for your sales lead and marketing needs.
